The Centre for Rehabilitation and Health uses the Progressive Goal Attainment Program (PGAP™), and maintains a network of over 70 PGAP™ clinicians across Canada. CRH does not maintain clinics, and typically sees the client in his/her own home. We find this a valuable environment to conduct the program, as observable progress with client selected goals can be observed week to week. CRH also uses locations in the client’s community when a location outside the home is more suitable for the client’s rehabilitation needs.
